Our Spiced Beef Skewers feature lean beef marinated in a savory blend of garlic, cumin, and paprika, then grilled to perfection.   • 1 lb lean beef, cut into chunks
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • For the Tzatziki Sauce:
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cucumber, grated and excess water squeezed out
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the beef chunks and marinate for at least 30 minutes, preferably overnight.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Thread the marinated beef onto skewers.
