These fluffy protein pancakes are a perfect breakfast or post-workout meal. Made with protein powder, eggs, oats, and banana, they are packed with nutrients. Enjoy them with your favorite toppings for a delicious and energizing way to start your day!


Ingredients

  • 1 scoop protein powder (flavor of your choice)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup almond milk (or any milk)
  • Non-stick cooking spray or coconut oil


Instructions

  1. In a blender or mixing bowl, combine the protein powder, eggs, oats, mashed banana, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and almond milk. Blend or mix until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with cooking spray or coconut oil.
  3. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan for each pancake.
  4. Cook until bubbles appear on the surface, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes, or until golden brown.
  5. Repeat with remaining batter.
  6. Serve the pancakes warm with your favorite toppings like fresh fruit, nuts, or maple syrup.
