  • 200g fresh salmon fillet, cubed
  • 100g fresh red tuna fillet, cubed
  • 1 cup cooked brown rice
  • 3/4 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup diced cucumber
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup edamame beans
  • 1/4 cup green peas (added)
  • 2 tablespoons sliced green onions
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds (increased for additional topping)
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1.5 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1.5 teaspoons rice vinegar
  • Optional: mango cubes and seaweed salad for extra toppings


  1. Marinate the Fish: In separate bowls, combine salmon and tuna each with 1.5 tablespoons of soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar. Marinate for at least 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
  2. Prepare the Rice: Spoon cooked brown rice into bowls as the base.
  3. Assemble the Poke Bowl: Arrange marinated salmon and tuna, avocado slices, diced cucumber, shredded carrots, edamame beans, and green peas over the rice.
  4. Garnish: Sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
