  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 slices of whole-grain bread
  • 2 eggs (poached, fried, or scrambled based on preference)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)

  1. Prepare the Avocado: Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh into a bowl. Mash it with a fork until it's creamy but still has some chunky texture. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  2. Toast the Bread: While you're mashing the avocado, toast the bread slices to your preferred level of crunchiness.
