These Cottage Cheese Pancakes are wonderfully fluffy and packed with protein, made using cottage cheese, eggs, and oats. Served with fresh fruit and a drizzle of honey, they're the perfect start to any day.


  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Oil for cooking
  • Fresh fruits for serving


  1. In a blender, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, oats, honey, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil.
  3. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto the hot skillet. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side.
  4. Serve the pancakes warm topped with fresh fruits and an extra drizzle of honey.
