Our Turkey & Avocado Club is a modern take on the classic club sandwich. Layered with lean turkey, creamy avocado, crispy bacon, and fresh vegetables, this sandwich is not only filling but also packed with nutrients. It’s the perfect choice for a hearty lunch or a light dinner, offering a balanced combination of flavors and textures.


  • 4 slices of whole-grain bread, toasted (8 oz or 226g)
  • 8 oz sliced turkey breast (226g)
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced (4 oz or 113g)
  • 4 slices of crispy bacon (2 oz or 56g)
  • 4 lettuce leaves (1 oz or 28g)
  • 4 tomato slices (4 oz or 113g)
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (1 oz or 28g)
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Spread mayonnaise evenly on one side of each slice of toasted bread.
  2. On two slices of bread, layer the turkey slices, bacon, avocado slices, lettuce, and tomato. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cover with the remaining slices of bread, mayonnaise side down.
  4. Carefully cut each sandwich in half or quarters, securing with toothpicks if necessary.
  5. Serve immediately, or wrap for a to-go meal.
