This protein ice cream is a guilt-free dessert that satisfies your sweet tooth while providing a nutritional boost. Made with protein powder, frozen bananas, almond milk, and cocoa powder, it's creamy, refreshing, and perfect for a healthy treat.


  • 1 scoop protein powder (flavor of your choice)
  • 3 ripe bananas, sliced and frozen
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder (unsweetened)


  1. In a food processor or blender, combine the protein powder, frozen banana slices, almond milk, and cocoa powder.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Spoon the mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 2 hours or until firm.
