Our No-Bake Oatmeal Bars are the perfect solution for a quick and healthy snack or breakfast on the go. These bars combine the wholesome goodness of rolled oats with the creamy richness of peanut butter and the natural sweetness of bananas. With no baking required, these bars are not only easy to make but also packed with nutrients to keep you energized throughout the day.


  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup natural peanut butter, melted
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (optional for extra sweetness)


  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, melted peanut butter, mashed bananas, and honey or maple syrup if using.
  2. Stir until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed and the mixture is sticky.
  3. Line an 8x8 inch (20x20 cm) baking pan with parchment paper.
  4. Press the oat mixture firmly into the pan in an even layer.
  5. Refrigerate the pan for at least 2 hours, or until the mixture is firm and set.
  6. Once set, lift the mixture out of the pan using the edges of the parchment paper and cut into bars.
  7. Store the bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
