Juicy grilled chicken breasts topped with a vibrant tomato and basil bruschetta, served on toasted whole-grain bread. This dish is not only pleasing to the palate but also packed with nutrients.



  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 4 slices whole-grain bread
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste



  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
